Bob Bunker, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer
With over 30 years of healthcare industry experience, Mr. Bunker is a seasoned healthcare business leader whose background ranges from hospital administration, practice management, and healthcare staffing to managed care, workers compensation and pharmaceuticals. Prior to joining Medical Staffing Network, Mr. Bunker served as Chairman, President & CEO of Hospital Physician Partners, Chairman of Omniflight Health Services; Chairman, President & CEO of the Medical Services Company; Chairman, President and CEO of Aperture Credentialing; and Chief Operating Officer of Humana Military Healthcare Services and Humana's commercial nationwide Medicare and Medicaid Programs. In addition to his years of private-sector healthcare experience, Mr. Bunker is a highly decorated retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel who served 20 years on active duty in the Air Force Medical Service Corps. He holds a master's degree in business administration from Pepperdine University and an undergraduate business degree from Golden Gate University.


Dr. Brian Poplin, President and Chief Operating Officer
Dr. Poplin brings over 23 years of experience in the healthcare services and technology space to MSN. For the past 18, he was with Aramark, the largest independent clinical technology outsourcing company in North America. Dr. Poplin has served in several executive management positions, most recently as the President of Aramark's technology management outsourcing business, successfully leading more than 1,600 employees and driving annual revenues exceeding $500 million. While he began his career as a biomedical equipment technician, Dr. Poplin successfully transitioned to operations, business development/sales and has proven his capability to lead large, distributed sales and service teams. He has consistently achieved revenue and profit goals in each role he has held. Dr. Poplin has integrated several acquisitions, sold and retained a large portfolio of hospital contracts, developed high-performance teams and enhanced customer service metrics, boosting the Aramark brand in the worldwide healthcare industry. Dr. Poplin holds a doctorate in health administration and policy, a master of science in business management and a bachelor of science in business administration.

Ruth Wallace, CPA Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Wallace brings over 25 years of operational and financial leadership in the healthcare and service industries to Medical Staffing Network. Ms. Wallace is a results-driven executive who has worked with many health plans, healthcare providers and technology companies to deliver improved automation, efficient and effective processes, and strong financial results. Prior to joining MSN, Ms. Wallace served as President of Sanovia Corp.; President of Optimal Billing Solutions; CFO of Proscan Imaging; and CFO of Aperture Credentialing. She spent 10 years in public accounting with KPMG and is a licensed CPA. As CFO of Medical Staffing Network, Ms. Wallace is responsible for the overall performance and strategic direction of the company to best serve our customers and the healthcare market. Ms. Wallace holds a BSBA from the University of Louisville.


Patricia A. Layton, RN, Chief Nursing Officer
With four decades of healthcare industry experience, Ms. Layton brings both executive management and clinical nursing experience to Medical Staffing Network. She has served is many key roles within the organization, including Executive Vice President of Quality Improvement, Vice President of Operations, and Regional Director for the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic Regions. As Executive Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer, Ms. Layton plays a major role in determining the strategic direction and vision of MSN, and provides leadership in establishing guidelines for compliance of regulations and healthcare tenets relating to the regulatory and quality issues effecting field and corporate staff. Prior to Medical Staffing Network, Ms. Layton was Regional Director, Sales Director, Corporate Account Manager and Director of Corporate Accounts for Gentiva Health Services, f/k/a. Olsten Health Services. Before Gentiva Health Services she was a Branch Director for Upjohn Health Care Services. Ms. Layton has been a registered nurse for 40 years, and attended Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia.


Henry Drummond, Vice President of Operations
Mr. Drummond brings over 25 years of healthcare administration experience as well as deep clinical experience as a practicing nurse to Medical Staffing Network. Prior to joining MSN, he was Executive Director of Nursing Services and Quality Initiatives of the Miami Jewish Health Systems, where he oversaw a multimillion dollar budget and a large, multi-disciplinary staff. Mr. Drummond's primary responsibilities included ensuring that the nursing staff provided quality care at all times, and evaluating and implementing new programs to enhance the level of care at MJHS. Prior to joining Miami Jewish, Mr. Drummond was the Director of Nursing Services for Catholic Health Services, a 300-bed combined facility. Other roles in his illustrious career include Pastor and Developer for the Florida-Georgia District of the Lutheran Church, Nursing Instructor at Montana State University and Director of Critical Care, and Nursing Administrator roles at several Indiana hospitals. Mr. Drummond holds a BA in healthcare administration from Ottowa University, masters of divinity from Concordia, and diploma RN from St. Joseph's Hospital School of Nursing. He is the President of FADONA for Miami-Dade County and is in Who's Who in American Nursing.


Greg Roney, Chief Information Officer
Mr. Roney brings over 15 years of experience and leadership in Information Technology to Medical Staffing Network. As Chief Information Officer, Mr. Roney and his team see to forward-leaning IT operations of Medical Staffing Network and its efforts in the healthcare staffing market. Mr. Roney has served in the U.S. Congress, overseeing pressing legislative matters for elected Members, and has pioneered the delivery of IT services currently in use today at the U.S. House of Representatives. Mr. Roney holds a degree from Brigham Young University.


Amy Reed, Senior Vice President of Eastern Region, Travel and Allied Staffing Services
With over 15 years of experience, Ms. Reed's background spans a variety of healthcare settings, from hospital administration to surgical practices and ambulatory care. As Vice President of Per Diem Operations, she is responsible for supporting field operations and ancillary corporate support functions. Prior to joining MSN, Ms. Reed served as Director of National Recruiting for InteliStaf Healthcare. Before joining InteliStaf Healthcare, she was Director of Development and Operations at CORI Centers, and Program Director and Clinical Manager of Noninvasive Cardiology at Detroit Medical Center. Ms. Reed has a Bachelor of Science in Health and Fitness as well as a Master of Science in Health Care Administration. In addition, she holds an Exercise Specialist certification from the American College of Sports Medicine.

Christopher Gamble, Vice President of Marketing
Mr. Gamble brings over 20 years of proven performance in the Healthcare, High-Tech and Information Technology industries to Medical Staffing Network. As Vice President of Marketing, Mr. Gamble provides leadership, guidance and hands-on support to develop and grow new and existing markets for Medical Staffing Network. His experience spans from sales through global marketing to business development. Prior to joining MSN, Mr. Gamble served 10 years in leadership positions at GE Healthcare that included Global Marketing—Care Innovations, a GE-Intel Joint Venture, Strategic Marketing—Paris, France and West Coast Sales—Diagnostic Imaging; prior to GE he was a Sales Leader with EMC2 Corporation and Silicon Graphics/Cray Research, and in Business Development and Product Management at Lockheed-Martin and Loral. Mr. Gamble also received Congressional Scholarship Nominations during his service with the United States Marine Corps, is Six Sigma certified and holds a BSBA in information systems from San Diego State University.

Kathy DeGiovanni, Senior Vice President of Optimal Workforce Solutions and Northeast Region
Ms. DeGiovanni brings more than 25 years of clinical and staffing experience to Medical Staffing Network. As Regional Manager, she is responsible for the day-to-day operations of MSN's Westchester, Bronx, and NYC offices. She has also served as VP of National Recruitment. Prior to joining MSN, Ms. DeGiovanni was the President and Owner of Excel Staffing Services, the largest healthcare staffing agency in Westchester County, and Regional Manager for Kimberly Quality Care. Ms. DeGiovanni has made per diem, contract and travel placements in nearly every type of hospital unit. In addition to nursing, Ms. DeGiovanni has successfully staffed Respiratory Therapy, Physical Therapy, Laboratory, Clerical, Central Sterile Processing, Operating Room and Outpatient professionals.


Peggy Donelan,Senior Vice President of Central and West Regions
With over 30 years of clinical, sales and branch management experience, Ms. Donelan oversees branch operations for the Central region of the United States, ranging from Minnesota and Wisconsin through to Texas. Prior to joining MSN, she was Area Vice President at Gentiva Health Services, where she managed multi-site locations with annual revenues exceeding $40 Million, and Director of Respiratory Care at Citizens Medical Center, in Colby Kansas. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Care Management from Ottawa University and an associate of science degree in respiratory therapy from Wichita State University.


Mark Gallagher, CPC, CTS, Senior Vice President of National Sales
Mr. Gallagher's experience includes sales, operations, business development and innovation, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic business planning and oversight. Founder of AMR ProNurse, Mr. Gallagher joined Medical Staffing Network in 2007, after selling his business, with the vision of launching the OneSource business model across the U.S. by leveraging the company's national network of offices and clients. His entrepreneurial background and transformational leadership style uniquely prepare him to lead the company's national sales efforts. Mr. Gallagher received a B.A. degree in economics from the University of Vermont, Burlington VT, and holds two quality staffing industry designations: Certified Temporary Specialist (CTS) and Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC).


Joel McMains, Vice President of Travel Nursing, Recruiting and Credentialing
With diverse healthcare leadership experience in both the private and government sectors spanning 30 years, Mr. McMains is considered an industry expert in the area of healthcare operations and contracting. At Medical Staffing Network he is responsible for the overall operation of travel nursing, recruiting and credentialing, real estate, and government services. Prior to joining MSN, Mr. McMains was SVP and COO of Sterling Healthcare Inc, as well as VP of Network Development and Operations at Medical Services Company (MSC). He was also Director of Contracting for Humana and an advisor for the Air Force Surgeon General's Office. Mr. McMains graduated from the University of Louisville School Of Business, is a Certified Professional Contract Manager and Fellow in the National Contract Management Association.


Dave Stillmunkes, Vice President of Allied Health Services
Mr. Stillmunkes brings over 15 years of healthcare experience to MSN. He began his tenure at MSN as an Account Manager and rapidly moved into branch management and Director of Operations roles. As Vice President of Allied Services, he is responsible for the overall operation of Travel Allied, CRNA/Anesthesiology, Clinical Research, Pharmacy, and Chicago services. Prior to joining MSN, he worked as a registered nurse for the Chicago Institute of Neuroresearch and Neurosurgery within Columbus Hospital and The Michaelsen Healthcare Center in Batavia, IL. Mr. Stillmunkes received a bachelor of science in nursing (BSN) degree from Illinois State University and also holds the Certified Temporary Specialist (CTS) designation.

Kimberly Jones, PHR, Vice President of Human Resources
Ms. Jones's experience in Human Resources spans more than 15 years in a variety of multi-site environments and industries, the last six of which in the healthcare industry. As Vice President of Human Resources, she is responsible for ensuring MSN has the strategy, resources and tools to attract and retain top talent within the staffing industry, while maximizing the capabilities, talent and potential of the existing workforce. Prior to her return to MSN, Ms. Jones held the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Comprehensive Wellness Services, Inc., one of Florida's largest privately held home healthcare agencies. Ms. Jones has an associate in arts degree in legal studies, the professional designation Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and is a licensed health and annuities agent in the state of Florida.
